A simple stainless steel stove-top espresso maker. It's really that simple to wake up to a beautifully aromatic morning. The flavour coming out of a Moka pot is bold and rich, making it one of our favourite ways to enjoy coffee.
Why use filter papers?
Coffee beans, especially with darker roasts, are naturally oily. While these oils are essential for a rich and complex flavour, some coffee lovers prefer a cleaner note in their brew. If you like the flavour and mouthfeel of the oils, don't worry about the filter paper. But if you generally seek lighter roasts or simply want to try it out, give the filter papers a shot! Simply place the paper on top of the coffee grinds then place the round stainless steel filter on top. You're ready to brew!
